                             ORDINANCE NO.   10096 
                
                
                 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 9962, AS
                 AMENDED, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING,
                 AUTHORIZING OR ALLOCATING FUNDS TO THE CAPITAL
                 IMPROVEMENTS BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
                 1993-94", SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR THE APPROPRIATION
                 OF FUNDS FROM THE SALE OF CITY PROPERTY.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE:
       	    	 SECTION 1.  That the Capital Budget Ordinance, entitled
       as set forth in the caption hereof, be and the same is amended as 

       provided hereinafter.
       	    	 SECTION 2.  That Section 1 of said Ordinance be amended
       as hereinafter set out:
